Shipping policy

Every Cemay & Co. piece is printed in our Colorado studio when you place your order. Here is how long it takes and how it gets to you.

Processing time

Shop items leave our studio within 5 to 7 business days after payment is confirmed.

Personalized and custom orders may take longer depending on the design and quantity. We confirm the date with you before we start.

Destinations and delivery times

For now we only ship within the United States. Once shipped, packages usually arrive within 2 to 5 business days, depending on your location and the carrier.

Shipping cost

Free shipping on orders over $60 (before taxes).
For smaller orders, the exact cost is calculated at checkout based on your address.

Free pickup at the studio

If you are in Colorado, you can choose "Pickup at the studio" at checkout. We will message you on WhatsApp when your order is ready to arrange a day and time.

Tracking

When your order leaves the studio we send you a tracking number so you can follow your package.

Damaged, lost or delayed packages

If your piece arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the package and the piece, and we will replace it at no cost. If tracking stops updating or your package does not arrive, contact us and we will sort it out with the carrier.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct: we are not responsible for packages sent to an address entered incorrectly at checkout.
